Celebrating our friend Melissa's Birthday!

April Fools! I wasn't too cruel this year. I did freeze milk and cereal in a bowl and June thought it was so funny!

We love our ice-cream man! He comes into our cul-de-sac every Monday and we are there always waiting and ready! 

Kate is obsessed with the bath. Like she baths three times a day. No lie. SO when it's Rangers turn for a bath you better believe that she wants to hop in as well.

A lazy sunday afternoon. The weather was amazing and the kids were actually leaving us alone. It was amazing to just sit out and stare at that blue sky. 

I can't believe it but we registered Owen for Kindergarten. I am so glad he is going in knowing a lot of kids and two of his besties will be there with him. Plus having an older sister helps a lot! We are so excited for him and Owen cannot wait to start this next school year! 

The night of Kindergarten registration we had a crazy storm blow in. Thankfully we made it home in time. The tornado sirens were going nuts so we headed to our tornado shelter where we watched the weather and baby boss for a bit. It was a little scary but also kind of fun. 

April was a wet one with so much rain. We were definitely ready for summer! 

EASTER

 We had such a great Easter. We had the Fab Five Gang over and we had a blast. We died eggs, Major egg hunt and egg roulette! 

The kids had fun cracking confetti eggs on each other!

Easter was a wonderful day where we found our Easter baskets, we talked immensely about our Savior and enjoyed being together.

I love Easter. It's a fun holiday and a wonderful one to discuss our Savior with the kids. They might not understand everything but they know they are children of their Heavenly Father and the resurrection of Jesus Christ. 

MARCH & LANCASTER VISIT

So I know I am completely behind on my blog! EEK! Trying to play catch up now. March was a blur and honestly I didn't take a ton of pictures. I got so side tracked with life that pictures just weren't on my mind. But here are the few from March.

June had her Fairy Tale reading from school and it was super cute! She chose to be Snow White

We celebrated our Friend Cole and his Birthday by going Country dancing! We always have a good time together!

The Portland Lancaster Clan came to visit us and Honestly I have no clue why I didn't take more pictures. I admit my head wasn't totally in the game with the stress of life at the moment. But we did catch a few. We had a lot of fun with their visit! We did museums, swimming, Lego Land Aquariums,  and just hanging out playing games. 

And playing lots at the park! 

Like I said not too many pictures for March. I feel super bad about it. but life. Ya know! 

Spring Break

Spring break was seriously awesome this year and the best thing is, we didn't go anywhere! We just enjoyed home, friends and doing things around the city. We had a lot of fun and truth be told I really really didn't want my kids to go back to school. It was a taste of summer and I can't wait! 

We went swimming at one of our local Rec Centers. We had a lot of fun with all the water slides and playing with friends. 

June wanted me to send her friends some selfie's while we were on spring break. Oh Geez. 

We played Wallyball with friends and headed to Chuck E. Cheese after on one of our spring break days. 

One night after teaching yoga, I got ready in the women's locker room and Dan and I headed downtown Fort Worth with some friends to go Country Line Dancing. 

We had a ton of fun. And I am saying that as a person who does not like country music! So it truly was a blast!!

This picture is so random and funny! We were trying to get Dan's attention to come take a group picture and I was pretending to lasso him in. The picture was then taken right as I was doing it.

One day we took the kids on a hike up eagle lake. The kids did great!

We did get lost along the way and hiked longer than we were originally planning but the kids seriously did suuuuuch a good job!

We slept in a lot during spring break and it was magical! With having Dan off and just enjoying the days with no rush, we slept and slept some more.

It seriously was such a good week. I loved having everyone home, Dan included and just enjoying the week! I was really sad to have it come to an end! It desperately made me crave summer!!
